Course Objective:
To provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to competently install road signage and traffic control devices in accordance with current Legislation, while maintaining worker safety and smooth traffic flow.
Course Outcomes:
Participants that successfully complete the requirements of this course will be issued: |

Statement of Attainment, issued by the Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure (the minimum legal requirement for workers responsible for the placement of signs on the road);
-
Statement of Attainment for:
- BCCCM2013B – Control Traffic with a Stop – Slow Bat;
- BCCCM3003B – Implement Traffic Management Plan.

Pre-requisites:
Participants require English literacy skills to a level that will allow them to read and accurately interpret Act’s and Regulations.
