EARTHMOVING COURSES AND ASSESSMENTS

Training and assessments are conducted to National Occupational Health and Safety Standards for load shifting equipment. (NOHSC - 7019 (1992)).

Training is available on: Loaders, Excavators, Backhoes, Skid Steers, Bulldozers & Graders.

As a guide, allow up to 32 hours per machine to achieve the required level of competency. However, as the training is competency based, it may be possible to reach the necessary standard in less time with a subsequent reduction in cost.

Assessment only are available on:
Loaders, Excavators, Backhoes, Skid Steers Loaders and Bulldozers. Assessments on graders, scrapers and Dump Trucks done to CCF OHS standards are also available.
